1) How to Order Online
a. Find an Item
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Select your item page by either using the search engine at the right of the page, clicking on featured offers or by browsing through the categories and subsections in the left-hand menu. If you have the catalogue you can quickly just enter in the part number in the relevant search and it will take you to the desired the item. You can also search by keywords (e.g. HEPA) or by categories or subsections (e.g. humidifier).
b. Add the Item to Your Shopping Cart
Just browse our Product Categories or use search than click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart by clicking Buy Now. You can also type the quantity you require.
Click the update icon at the bottom of the page and your shopping cart total will adjust accordingly.
You can view the contents and order value of your cart at any time in the top right window of every page.
To change the quantities of items or remove items completely from your shopping cart edit the quantity box in your checkout and click the 'update' button.
If you want to view an
item in your cart, the product code & description
will be highlighted and act as a link back to each
item. You can also enlarge the product photo by clicking
on the thumbnail image of any product.
c. Faster Ordering
Click on "log-in" Your details will be remembered if you saved them with your previous order.
d. Proceed to Checkout
After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
When you have added all of your items to your shopping cart, click 'checkout' on the header bar and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
If you order online, please enter the complete details requested (name, address and your payment details etc). Once you have completed this information you will be able to review what is in your shopping cart.
We are accepting offline payment options like:
Cheques, direct money transfer in our account (electronic
or over the bank counter), credit/debit card details
taken by an operator over phone. You just have to
select the Payment Method required.
Once you are happy with your order click 'confirm order' and leave the rest to us! You will be provided with an order reference number and a confirmation email.
2) Card Processing
We accept credit / debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK you will be able to display prices in EURO. Your card will be charged in GBP and your card issuing bank will convert the transaction from GBP to your own currency.
We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Delta. The processing of the credit card is done through a secure terminal. We do not store our customers' credit card details on our servers.
4air.co.uk will not process any credit / debit card transaction until the goods are ready for despatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
All cards details are stored encrypted in the software when the order is placed using powerful encryption algorithm. Your cards details are temporary stored on their extremely secure server and we do not store this information. Cards details are deleted as soon as your order is processed and an authorisation is received from the card issuing bank.

4) Shipping and Handling
All Orders placed before 15:00 will be despatched from our distribution centre next working day.
We employ a next day courier service for deliveries within UK mainland; please allow 2-3 working days for orders within Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands or remote areas and 4-5 working days for European deliveries. We will do anything that is in our power to despatch your order as soon as possible. We will contact you in the case we can not meet our delivery targets.

We promote a FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING policy for all orders over £75 despatched within UK mainland.
For orders under £75 we will apply a delivery charge of £9.38+VAT
Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands
For orders over £75 pounds within Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands we will only charge £11.73 + VAT.
For orders under £75 we will apply a delivery charge of £17.62+VAT.
For deliveries within our nominated EU destinations we will apply a delivery charge of £23.5+VAT.
Please note that you will only pay the actual delivery fees, no packing and handling fees will be charged.
We will deliver to the cardholders address unless otherwise instructed in the checkout form. You may be contacted and asked to provide copies of utility bills and/or ID documents in order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. As a new customer we will ship to a secondary address only if you can prove your link with this address.
All deliveries will be during normal working hours. Special / urgent deliveries can be arranged at extra-cost on request. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange this.
Delivery point is at ground floor of the building and under no circumstances our courier will be responsible for handling the delivery beyond this point.
Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 2 working days from your despatch confirmation for UK mainland orders and 5 working days for the rest of the regions.
We will reserve the right to charge for failed and returned delivery if the customer does not makes every effort possible to accept the delivery during 9-17 or fails to collect from the local depot within 5 working days. This excludes special deliveries arranged via our customer service line.
5) Tax Charges
VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in
all orders processed online except for orders from non-UK EU
businesses giving their VAT registration numbers, delivered within EU
but outside the UK.

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations,
you may return it within 28 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing,
faxing or emailing to the number or address displayed on our website. If you are cancelling because of any problem
with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty,
incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that
you allow us to nominate the carrier.
We will only support cost of shipping faulty goods back to us from UK mainland. For goods shipped abroad or outside UK mainland customer is responsible for returning the goods back to us.
The 28 days money back warranty only apply to goods purchased for personal use and does not apply to trade customers. Despite the fact that all our prices over £73.99 GBP includes outgoing UK mainland delivery we may reserve the right to deduct this delivery from the final refund.
Also will reserve the right to refuse return or apply 20% restocking fee for all goods returned by a trade customer. Trade customers before proceeding with a purchase must check the suitability of goods purchased. No refund will be issued if the goods are used for rental.
All goods received damaged must be reported in writing

9) WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive
is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and
recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment
like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste
equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5%
each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK¬ís WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and

to offer our private household customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like
basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a private household customer bought a new
dehumidifier from us we would accept their old dehumidifier and prevent it going into
a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Private household customers must return their
WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods
should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, all the electrical
products we supply are WEEE compliant and they have the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.
