Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta,
personal cheques and bank or building society

In adition you can pay by direct money transfer or pay over the phone with your credit/debit card.
Q: Do products prices include VAT?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in all orders processed online except for orders from non-UK EU businesses giving their VAT registration numbers, delivered within EU but outside the UK.
Q: What are your shipping charges for UK Mainland deliveries?
We promote a FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING policy for all orders over £75 despatched within UK mainland.
For orders under £75 we will apply a delivery charge of £9.38+VAT
Q: What are your shipping charges for Irleand and Northen Ireland?
For orders over £75 pounds within Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands we will only charge £11.73 + VAT.
For orders under £75 we will apply a delivery charge of £17.62+VAT.
Q: What are the shipping charges for EU?
For deliveries within our nominated EU destinations we will apply a delivery charge of £23.5+VAT.

Our products are sourced from around the world. Every item is selected for its quality and value. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full for the product ordered.
Q: Our return policy
Steps for returning an item:
1. You will need your order reference number
and the details of the item to be returned.
2.
Please fill the form provided
An return number will be generated and a
returning label. Please affix this on the returned
products.
3. You must return the item in its original
condition, including packaging and obtain proof
of return from the carrier.
4. We will then despatch a replacement from
our distribution centre or process a refund
once your returns are received.
5. Any product returned and found defective
beyond the 30 days period will be repaired or
replaced. If the product can not be repaired
or replaced we will refund it in full if returned
procedures were followed.
6. Any item returned without a return number
will not be accepted by our warehouse
7. Any item not in the original packaging will
be subject to a 15% handling fee.
