The best indicator of a company's quality is how they respond when things don't quite go the way they should. I placed an order for a mobile a/c unit over the weekend. Something went awry when the order was placed and I ended up with three separate order numbers. A quick email to 4air soon resolved that (even on a Sunday!), but I was then informed that the model I had ordered had sold out over the weekend.
I was delighted when they then offered me a choice of two more expensive models at the same cost!
My AC arrived today - a Premi-I-air PKY12 - it works superbly and is surprisingly quiet for a mobile airconditioner. I'm very impressed - both with the purchase and with the excellent service I've received from 4air. I will most definitely be back! |

I purchased a portable air conditioner from 4air for the best price on the net at the time. It arrived the next day exactly as requested.
The true test of a retailer is with the customer service. Unfortunately the air conditioner had a fault. 4air promptly arranged a replacement. They even arranged to collect the old one and deliver the replacement at the same time meaning I didn't have to wait on two couriers and be without a working unit.
Many are quick to complain about things but don't take the time to say thank you when thanks is really due.
I will certainly do business with 4air again in the future. |

Out of warranty After Sales Service Second to None.
Bought a PDEH 2020 Dehumidifier in Nov 2005 but it developed a fault in Feb 2007. I contacted the manufacturer as it was out of warranty who diagnosed a sensor problem and estimated a repair cost in the region of £60.
With carriage costs both ways bringing the cost up to £80 I decided to buy a new unit.
When I contacted Victor to buy a new unit he would not hear of it and sent me free of charge a complete set of electronic components. After fitting the spares the dehumidifier now works fine.
I am most impressed with this service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

What amazing service. I ordered a dehumidifier for my daughter who was having dreadful damp problems and your service was wonderful. We had been trying to hire one and then buy one locally for days and it was really frustrating. Then in desperation I typed dehumidifier into the search box and yours was the name at the top. From then on it was plain sailing.
I ordered the dehumidifier as soon as I got to work on Thursday, I received confirmation of my order very soon after. Then an email saying that the item would be delivered by 16:00 the next day, Friday. (I thought well if it takes a week, it will be quicker than what is happening at the moment). BUT by 11 am the next morning the unit had been delivered and I took it to my daughters house Friday evening and it is doing a marvellous job.
THANKYOU ~ in this day and age service this good does not often happen and I have been telling anyone that will listen how good your service is.

We have just received our air con. unit this morning and we are very
impressed with the speed of delivery and the communication about the
order. My husband is just recovering from a heart attack and we needed
a unit quickly to help him with the heat. All the normal channels
locally were sold out and so we decided to take what we thought was a
risk by buying something unseen and from an unknown source. This has

Being pregnant and living in the attick of the in-laws where all the heat seems to be absorbed is a killer, and it was only through rage I came across this site at 12:30am one morning when I couldn't sleep.
After reading some of the reviews I decided to opt for the Evaporative cooler humidifier with remote control WF-360MR. It arrived within a day, I couldn't believe how quickly it came to my rescue.
Days and nights are much cooler now, and it actually looks good in the room especially at night as it has a blue night light!!
I am very happy with the service standards to date, and the product itself is marvellous! I could'nt be without it and it doesn't actually cost that much to run either, so happy all round!! |

The return of the damaged goods was arranged and dealt with by you the very next day, and the replacement and dispatch of the returned goods, in perfect working order, sorted out after the Xmas break.

As soon as I get back from Spain in about two weeks I am going to give him a call to arrange pickup of old and delivery of new.
